Pediatric Dentist
DR. MEETU CHHABRA SONI
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Soni, who has been a dentist for over 20 years, began her dentistry career in India with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree in 1998. After practicing Dentistry in India for 4 years, she traveled and performed dental services in countries like Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Jamaica. In 2005, she moved to the US, and in 2008 completed her DMD degree from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She’s always had a passion for treating children, which led her to complete a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Staten Island University Hospital. This further enhanced her education and experience.​

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Soni is very gentle and caring. With her tender words and comforting smile, she has the knack for making her young patients feel at ease during their treatment. Her natural skills, combined with her expertise and experience gained over years of education and practice make her an excellent choice as dental provider for your children.​

Dr. Soni is clinical professor at North Shore LIJ Hospital, Staten Island, NY, for their pediatric dental residency program. She is also on staff at Saint Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick, and Livingston Surgery Center, affiliated with Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, where she routinely performs dental surgeries under general anesthesia.
Dr. Soni takes out time to volunteer for Marian Rose World Mission, where she participates in overseas dental outreach programs. She routinely participates in health fairs conducted by Saint Peters University Hospital, and conducts free dental screenings for child care centers. She also volunteers for MyGoal Autism, where she often talks to parents of children with special needs about their dental healthcare.​

Dr. Soni is certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Soni is also a member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and New Jersey Dental Association.

Dr. Soni is married and a proud mother of two. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her children’s schools and traveling.
DR. MICHAEL FREDA
Orthodontist
Dr. Freda attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he received a Bachelor’s of Science. He proceeded to attend Tufts University for his D.M.D., followed by a General Practice Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He practiced as a general dentist for one year and returned to school for his Certificate in Orthodontics at UMDNJ, which is now part of the Rutgers University system. Dr. Freda has been in the private practice of orthodontics for thirty years. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Essex County Dental Society, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists. He is an Invisalign Premier provider and has been voted by his peers to New Jersey Top Dentists for the last six years. Dr. Freda continues to love practicing and enjoys the relationships that he develops with both children and adult patients. Dr. Freda is a resident of Morris County where he lives with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his family and his dog.

Dr. Rajvi Shah is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She received her undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, earned her doctorate in dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and completed her pediatric dental residency training at Montefiore Medical Center. While in dental school, she was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, which recognizes students for their academic excellence, strength of character, and professional integrity. Her goal is to provide your child with high quality dental care while keeping them comfortable and happy at the same time.
In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog, traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading.

DR. SARA FATIMA
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Sara Fatima is a passionate pediatric dentist at Smile Express, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children. Originally from India, Dr. Sara pursued her dream of higher education in the United States, graduating from NYU College of Dentistry in 2016 and earning a degree in Public Health from Western Kentucky University. After three years as a general dentist, her calling for pediatric dentistry led her to complete her residency at Cooper University Hospital, where she specialized in treating young patients. Beyond her career, Dr. Sara is a devoted caretaker for her wheelchair-bound parents, balancing her full-time profession with her family responsibilities.
DR. ANGELA HYUN
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Angela Hyun is a Pediatric Dental Specialist who graduated with Academic and Clinical Distinctions from NYU College of Dentistry. During her dental training, she discovered her passion for caring for children and patients with special healthcare needs. She went on to complete advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Brookdale Hospital in New York City, dedicating her career to the unique dental needs of infants, children, and adolescents.
Dr. Hyun provides comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive and restorative treatment, orthodontic evaluations, and tongue and lip tie assessment and treatment. She is committed to addressing the full range of dental needs for growing children, from routine checkups to urgent and emergency care, always with a gentle and compassionate approach.
Service is central to Dr. Hyun’s practice. She participates in annual dental outreach trips to Mexico, where she cares for pediatric and adult patients alike. During these missions, she treats dental emergencies, relieves pain, and provides oral health education to families and local caregivers. These experiences have shaped her belief that dentistry is not only about clinical care, but also about spreading love, hope, and encouragement.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hyun enjoys running, traveling, reading, cooking, doing puzzles, and working out. She is fluent in English and Korean and is proficient in Spanish within the dental setting.
As a Pediatric Dental Specialist, Dr. Hyun is devoted to caring for children with excellence and compassion—seeking to improve lives, meet urgent needs, and brighten smiles one patient at a time.
DR. NANCY ESTFANOS
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Nancy is a compassionate pediatric dentist who loves helping children feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the dentist. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at Northwell Health, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. She then completed her Pediatric Dental Residency at St. Joseph Health, further deepening her passion and expertise in caring for children and families.
Dr. Nancy believes that positive early dental experiences lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles. She is dedicated to providing gentle, high-quality, patient-centered care in a calm, friendly environment where both children and parents feel at ease. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking new recipes and spending quality time with her family.

Meet Dr. Richard Song, the board-certified orthodontist who's on a mission to transform your smile! With a passion for creating beautiful and healthy smiles, Dr. Song completed his undergraduate studies at NYU before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. But that wasn't enough for Dr. Song - he knew he wanted to specialize in orthodontics, so he returned to NYU for a rigorous residency program. Now armed with advanced training in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of malocclusions, Dr. Song is ready to work his magic on your smile!
As an orthodontist, Dr. Song is all about personalized care. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and develops customized treatment plans that are tailored to your unique needs. His goal? To ensure that you achieve the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve!
When he's not creating stunning smiles, Dr. Song can be found indulging in his favorite hobbies. He's a die-hard basketball fan and can often be found shooting hoops with his buddies. DR. SUSIE MEGALLA
General Dentist
Dr. Megalla graduated summa cum laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Biology. As part of the 7-year accelerated B.A./D.M.D. program, she received her D.M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey graduating with high honors. She completed a residency program with Robert Wood Johnson Univeristy Hospital in New Brunswick where she worked with Endodontists and attended many courses on the most recent root canal technology and can perform root canals in office. She also worked under the direct supervision of the Oral Surgery Group and can perform extractions in office. Dr. Megalla joined The Smile Express practice in 2019. She is a member of Omnicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the Middlesex Dental Society.
Dr JENNY GEORGE
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Jenny George is a compassionate and dedicated pediatric dentist committed to creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for children of all ages. She was born and raised in New York and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with a pediatric concentration from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. George completed her General Practice Residency at BronxCare Health System in New York before pursuing specialized training in Pediatric Dentistry at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is experienced in comprehensive pediatric care, including dental emergencies, restorative and aesthetic treatments. Dr. George is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), ensuring the highest level of safety and care for her patients.
Dr. George has a special passion for serving children with special healthcare needs and has been actively involved with organizations such as Special Olympics. She strives to build trusting relationships with both children and their families while making every visit fun and stress-free.
Outside of the office, Dr. George enjoys traveling, exploring diverse restaurants, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends. She loves finding creative ways to bring joy and positivity into both her personal life and her practice.
