COST

The cost of treatment depends on the extent of dental work you need. We will discuss fees and payment options with you before your treatment begins. We have multiple payment plans to suit different budgets, and we also accept most insurance plans. To save you time, we will file the necessary papers with your insurance company. We work hard to make all treatment plans affordable.

FEES

In an effort to keep our fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:

  1. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. Note: if you have insurance, we will offer a discount on your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.

  2. To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a short period of time.

  3. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable costs to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  4. If you have questions regarding your account or any appointments, please call us.

TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS

Payment is due before your treatment is administered. There is a possibility that the treatment plan changes while we are performing treatment on you. If that happens, the difference in the amount owed will be explained and adjusted.

INSURANCE

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage that you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance to us, and the balance will be arranged for you to pay (see above). Professional care is provided to you and not to your insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help you file your claim in every way we can, and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your billing statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

LATE POLICY

We expect our patients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Please note that we will have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you are habitually late, 3 or more times, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged a fee of $50 per half-hour of your missed appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve time specifically for your care. If you need to change your appointment, we ask for a minimum notice of 24 hours. According to our office policies, you will be charged a fee of $50 for your third missed appointment.

EMERGENCIES

If you have an urgent problem, please call our office immediately so we can see you as soon as possible. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our office for information on how to contact the doctor on call.
